We’ve reached the (likely) last two game slate of the year. It’s been a great season with a lot of fun ups and downs. Luckily, I got a bink and a 2nd place in my SE that helped me ride it out to a profitable season.
Tonight’s slate is pretty straightforward. If you believe in SaberSim, it wants you to get all the Dallas you can handle. The Stars came up in 90% of my lineups on both DraftKings and FanDuel. That’s too much for me, so after reducing it I ended up getting to the Caps a bit, as well. That’s especially the case on FD where they just replaced the 90% Stars with Washington.
My highest owned goalie on both sites is Logan Thompson, followed by, no surprise, Jake Oettinger. Needless to say, I’m rooting for the underdogs here. However, I’m also rooting for the Winnipeg Jets, who despite being down 3-1 are the slight favorite in this game. Of course, if the Caps and Jets can extend these series somehow, we’ll get an extra 2-gamer (or possibly two 2-gamers). That’s a tall order for both to win, but anything can happen.
So outside of DFS and betting, I’m just rooting for Washington and Winnipeg to both do some damage tonight and get us another slate this season. Let’s go!
